You can visit our website without providing any personal information. Each time a website is called up, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, date and time of the call, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the call. 

This access data is evaluated exclusively for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation of the site and improving our online presence. In accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter f GDPR, this serves to protect our legitimate interests in a correct presentation of our online presence, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests. All access data will only be processed for as long as is necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned above. 

1.1 Hosting 

The services for hosting and displaying the website are partly provided by our service providers as part of processing on our behalf. Unless otherwise stated in the present data protection declaration, all access data and all data collected in the forms provided on this website are processed on their servers. If you have any questions about our service providers and the basis of our cooperation with them, please use the contact option described in this data protection declaration. Our service providers are based in the USA. The European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision for the USA. Our cooperation with them is based on standard data protection clauses of the European Commission. 

1.2 Content Delivery Network 

For the purpose of a shorter loading time, we use a so-called Content Delivery Network ("CDN") for some offers. With this service, content, e.g. large media files, is delivered via regionally distributed servers from external CDN service providers. Access data is therefore processed on the servers of the service providers. Our service providers work for us within the framework of order processing. Our service providers are based in the USA. The European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision for the USA. Our cooperation with them is based on standard data protection clauses of the European Commission. 

2. Data Processing for Contact and Customer Communication 

We collect personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us when contacting us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail). Mandatory fields are marked as such, since in these cases we need the data to process your contact and you cannot send the contact without providing them. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. We use the data you provide to process your inquiries in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. After your customer request has been processed in full, your data will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit about which we inform you in this statement.

After your customer request has been fully processed, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after the tax and commercial retention periods in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. c GDPR, unless you expressly consent to further use of your data in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we will inform you in this declaration. 

3. Cookies and Other Technologies 

3.1 General Information 

In order to make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, to display suitable products or for market research, we use so-called cookies on various pages. This serves to protect our overriding legitimate interests in an optimized presentation of our offer in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f GDPR and is carried out in accordance with the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG. Protection of Privacy for End Devices

When using our online offer, we use technologies that are absolutely necessary in order to be able to provide the expressly requested telemedia service. 3.2 Use of the Jimdo Consent Manager Tool to Manage Consents 

We use the Jimdo Consent Manager Tool on our website to inform you about the cookies and other technologies that we use on our website and to obtain, manage and process your consent, if required, to the processing of your personal data by these technologies to document. According to Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter c GDPR, this is necessary to fulfill our legal obligation according to Article 7 Paragraph 1 GDPR to be able to prove your consent to the processing of your personal data to which we are subject. The Jimdo Consent Manager Tool is an offer from Jimdo GmbH, Stresemannstrasse 375, 22761 Hamburg, Germany ("Jimdo"). After submitting your cookie declaration on our website, the Jimdo web server stores your IP address, date and time of your declaration, browser information, language and URL from which the declaration was sent, as well as information on your consent behavior. In addition, a cookie is used that contains information about your consent behavior. Your data will be deleted after 365 days unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit we will inform you in this statement.

Jimdo Tracking 

We use the tracking and analysis tool from Jimdo GmbH, Stresemannstrasse 375, 22761 Hamburg, Germany. In accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f GDPR, this serves to safeguard our legitimate interests within the framework of a balancing of interests, namely the purposes of a statistical evaluation of your user behavior on our website and to ensure a needs-based, user-friendly design and continuous optimization of our Offers. 

No cookies are used for Jimdo tracking. Your data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information) is automatically collected, merged and processed using pseudonymised usage profiles for the purposes presented. 


Your data is shortened, saved as a hash value and additionally encrypted with a random value that changes every 24 hours. A conclusion about the identity of individual users is prevented. 


A further consolidation of the data does not take place. 

4. Social Media 

Our Online Presence on Facebook (by Meta) 

If you have given your consent to the respective social media operator in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit and stored, from which user profiles are created using pseudonyms. These can be used, for example, to place advertisements inside and outside the platforms that presumably correspond to your interests. Cookies are usually used for this. For detailed information on the processing and use of the data by the respective social media operator as well as a contact option and your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy, please refer to the data protection notices of the providers linked below. Facebook (by Meta) is an offer from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Meta Platforms Ireland"). The information automatically collected by Meta Platforms Ireland about your use of our online presence on Facebook (by Meta) is usually transferred to a server of Meta Platforms, Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA and stored there. The European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision for the USA. Our cooperation with them is based on standard data protection clauses of the European Commission. Data processing when visiting a Facebook (by Meta) fan page is based on an agreement between joint controllers in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR. 5. Contact Options and Your Rights 

5.1 Your Rights 

As a data subject, you have the following rights: 

  •  in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, the right to request information about your personal data processed by us to the extent specified there; 
  • pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR, the right to immediately request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us; 
  • pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR, the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless further processing 
  1.  to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information; 
  2. to comply with a legal obligation; 
  3. for reasons of public interest or 
  4. is necessary to assert, exercise or defend legal claims; 
  • pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data, insofar as
  1.  the accuracy of the data is disputed by you; 
  2. the processing is unlawful but you oppose its erasure; 
  3. we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or 
  4. you have lodged an objection to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR; 
  • in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request transmission to another person responsible; 
  • according to Art. 77 GDPR the right to complain to a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or work or our company headquarters. 

Right to Object 

Insofar as we process personal data as explained above in order to protect our legitimate interests, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests, you can object to this processing with effect for the future. If the processing is for direct marketing purposes, you can exercise this right at any time as described above. If the processing is for other purposes, you only have the right to object if there are reasons that arise from your particular situation. 


After you have exercised your right to object, we will no longer process your personal data for these purposes unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or if the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of serves legal claims 


This does not apply if the processing is for direct marketing purposes. Then we will no longer process your personal data for this purpose.
